Taylor’s Disposable Vaginal Speculums are designed to deliver optimal visibility, safety, and ease of use in gynecological exams and procedures. Featuring an integrated light source, this self-lighting speculum eliminates the need for external lighting, ensuring clear and consistent illumination of the vaginal canal.
Constructed from durable, medical-grade plastic, the speculum is single-use to support infection control and reduce the risk of cross-contamination. The multi-position locking mechanism allows the speculum to be securely opened at various angles, accommodating individual anatomical differences and clinician preference for improved access and comfort.

Instructions for Use
- Ensure correct speculum size is selected.
- Adjust angulation as necessary.
- Adjust elevation up or down as necessary.
- Light source: Press the button at the base to turn the light on and off.
- Upon completion of exam, return angulation and elevation adjustment levers to starting position, turn the light source off, and remove speculum.
- Fill the box with used batteries and light sources.
- Call us when it's ready. We'll collect it, hassle-free.

Due to export restrictions we will only ship to New Zealand addresses. If you are purchasing from an address outside of New Zealand, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
For most consumable product orders the expected delivery time is 1-2 business days. If your order is placed before 3:30pm on a standard business day, we will endeavour to dispatch your order the same day. Some products may not be in stock at the time of your order, if this is the case you will be informed as soon as possible and a delivery timeframe will be provided. Please note, in order to give you an accurate delivery timeframe we may be dependent on third party providers in which case the delivery timeframe could change without prior notice. We will notify you of any delays on your order as soon as possible.
We have a shipping rate of $8.95 excluding GST for consumable products only under $250 excl. GST. Extra charges may apply if you are delivering to a non-urban area, or have any specific delivery requirements. On some equipment such as beds we have special delivery options available, this is an optional extra charge.
Return
You may return most new, unopened items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Short dated items that have expired, or items that have been purchased more than 90 days prior to the return request being lodged, will not be accepted for return.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (up to 10 business days).
